khramovstudio.com is operated by KHRAMOV STUDIO LLC, registered in Georgia. Full company details are in section 12.

2. What this Site is

The Site is an informational website about our engineering services and products (such as Nativ Browser). Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a quote, or legal/technical advice. Engagements with KHRAMOV.STUDIO are governed by separate signed agreements.

3. Permitted use

You may browse, read, and link to public pages. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Anything else — copying significant sections, scraping, framing, reverse-engineering, or using our content to train AI models — requires our written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All text, code, design, and trademarks on the Site (including “KHRAMOV.STUDIO”, “AABA Platform Core”, “Nativ Browser”) are our property or used under licence. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view this Site as intended.

5. Your conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for anything illegal.
  • Probe the Site for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Send us malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights through the contact form.
  • Misrepresent yourself or impersonate anyone.

We may link to external sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHRAMOV STUDIO LLC, its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability is limited to the equivalent of USD 100.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute that can’t be resolved amicably will be heard by the competent court in Batumi.
